Types of training


Strength training

Increasing or maintaining muscle mass and muscle strength can significantly reduce physical complaints on later age. Strength training is the best way to increase your metabolism, so that you will storage less bodyfat. Strength training will help you strengthen not only your muscles but also your bones, tendons and ligaments and doing so will prevent injuries. 


Interval cardio training

Interval cardio training is an extremely effective and relatively short training method to burn bodyfat, build cardiovascular conditioning and strengthen the heart muscle.


Duo personal training

Personal training together with your partner, friend, brother, sister, colleague or whoever on the basis of a customized program suited for both your goal(s).


About Coach Ramón Tromp

My name is Ramón Tromp. Sports has taken a central place in my life since my childhood. The passion for fitness originated 30 years ago and developed into a cornerstone of my life. Today I have more than 10 years of professional personal training experience in passionately transferring my fitness knowledge to clientele from various sports- and health organizations in the Hague.

I find it a very satisfying and grateful challenge to try to make you as enthusiastic as I am about fitness for the long term thru my custom made training programs. The training programs are based on optimal technical execution of the different exercises and come with hands-on diet- and lifestyle advise and together with my guidance will lead you to the best physical and mental version of yourself for the long-term!


Intake interview without obligation

During our interview we will elaborate on the following topics:

  • Your sports experiences in general and fitness experiences in particular
  • Your wishes and goals
  • Your medical background and current physical limitations and injuries
  • Your diet
  • Who I am and my work methods


On the basis of all the collected information I will then make a custom made training program inclusive of diet- and lifestyle advise so that I can offer you a complete guidance pathway.
